Smoking is considered the slowed way to death. For some it might not be that slow. These social groups are very helpful in that they help to build self esteem and being among successful quitters can motivate the smoker to also quit.
Breaking the habit of smoking is not easy as stated earlier; you’ll need lots of commitment and courage to do so. It is more so a mental thing with addictions. Once your mind is set then the routines will be very effective. If your mind is weak then it will be very unlikely any of these methods will be able to properly wean you off smoking.
